Simplex CNC systems was established in the year 2000 based on strong academic and industrial expertise of the founder. Several PhD degrees as well as close to 8 years of solid industrial experience were dedicated to the development of the company's first machine. Now we have a large range of specialized machines, motors, magnetic bearings, drives, power converters and control systems. Each of our products now have gone through several revisions and have stood the test of time in several countries.
We are proud to build our machines from the ground up. Unlike most other CNC makers, we design and produce our own high-power-density (17kW/kg or 55 kW/L) electric linear and tubular motors. We also design and produce our own high-power-density (110 kW/L) intelligent drives and power converters. Further, the mechanical designs of our machines are characterized by extremely high rigidity. We sell our clients only what we know very well. No black boxes. This allows us to have full control over our supply chain as we only source generic components that can be sourced from myriads of sources.
